浙江省新型建材工业专业园区，位于兰溪市灵洞乡，距兰溪城区5公里，距金华市婺城区15公里，45省道、金兰中线穿境而过，正在筹备实施的330国道与45省道连接线(含婺江大桥)更是接轨杭金衢高速公路的快速通道，交通区位优势特出。园区规划面积10平方公里，该园区主要以高标号水泥及新型建材为主。目前园区内有14家骨干水泥企业，年产回转窑水泥1300多万吨，除此之外，还拥有特种水泥添加剂、水泥制品、水泥包装材料、水泥机械配件等建材类产品和相关配套企业。

Basic
circumstance in area in park |
|
Zhejiang New Materials Industrial Park, lies in Lingdong town, where
is 5 km apart from Lanxi city proper and 15km from Wucheng district
of Jinhua city. No.45 provincial road and Jinhua Lanxi- road pass
through the town. Moreover, between No.330 national road and No.45
provincial road, there is prepared to build a connecting line, which
leads to Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Express Way. All these make the advantage
on transportation outstanding. The programming area of the Park is
10 square km. The mainly output of the Park are high-grade cement
and new building materials. Up to now, there are 14 core enterprises,
annul output of cement more than thirteen million tons. Beside these,
the park contains building materials related enterprises that produce
special cement additive, cement products, cements packing materials
and accessories of cement machineries |

◎ Lanxi Power Plant, whose investments reach ten billion RMB, has
settled works at Lingdong town. Positive interaction between The Park
and the large power plant guarantee to offer stable and dependable
electric power for the high energy-consumption enterprises
